Objective:

How do you develop the right UX-UI design for a voice biometric suite of security applications to be used by government agencies and officials to help identify potential criminals and threats, as well as detecting fraudulent activities and make it user friendly?

Solution:

Open i Networks was hired as lead designers for this project. Working with an international team of developers, we turned a complex technology tool into a user experience and user journey that was both approachable and intuitive.

Results:

This product is now being used by many government and law enforcement agencies across borders, waters and continents.
